Becoming a Förch agent is simple and supported through every step of development. Face to face training will be provided on key aspects such as product attributes, market climate and sales skills. Typical training and induction will last up to 4 weeks depending on the level of experience. Applicants with previous experience in the automotive trade or with and understanding of sales would be ideal, however Förch are willing to train less experienced agents to a level where everyday procedure is the norm.

You will learn product safety requirements, unique selling aspects of products as well as how to best approach sales and marketing efforts in your selected geographical area.
