A high-viscosity, medium-strength threadlocker for securing and sealing threaded connections up to M36. K118 locks fasteners against vibration and seals against media ingress, yet remains removable with ordinary hand tools when service is needed. Its thick, drip-free formulation stays exactly where you apply it, including on vertical and overhead work.

Locks Tight, Comes Apart When You Need It

Medium strength means a breakaway torque of 17 22 Nm: enough to hold fasteners secure against vibration and shock, but low enough that the joint can be dismantled with standard tools. Ideal for connections that need to stay put but not stay forever.

Drip-Free, High-Viscosity Formula

At 1,900 7,500 mPa s, K118 is thick enough to stay on the thread without running or dripping, filling gaps up to 0.25 mm. It cures even on uncleaned parts, though the cleaner the surface, the stronger the final bond.

Built to Handle Heat and Chemicals

With excellent media and heat resistance across a -55 C to +150 C working range, K118 holds up in demanding environments where temperature swings and exposure to fluids would defeat a lesser product.
